You’re warmly invited to kick off the new year with a deeply nourishing Roll & Restore workshop dedicated to loving and caring for your spine — the central pathway that supports your whole being. Together, we’ll explore the spine from many angles, using the Yamuna balls to gently penetrate soft tissue and even stimulate the bone, creating space, ease, and a soothing release throughout the body. This practice naturally calms the nervous system and helps you feel lighter, longer, and more grounded.
In Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of turning inward — a time to slow down, replenish, and restore. This session will be a yin-oriented, inward-focused practice designed for softening, unwinding, and reconnecting with yourself.
Think of this as your special time to unwind — a quiet, nurturing pause just for you.
The atmosphere will be quiet and softly lit by candlelight, inviting you to close your eyes, turn inward, and fully sink into the practice. With each gentle roll and breath, you’ll unwind layers of physical and mental tension, restoring balance and ease throughout the body.
We’ll end with a series of restorative poses to open the chest, shoulders, and heart—leaving you grounded, spacious, and renewed.

Join Darina for a deeply relaxing two-hour workshop designed to release tension and reconnect you with your body. Using the black Yamuna balls, we’ll slowly work through the major muscles of the lower body—the hamstrings, quads, inner and outer thighs—while focusing on breath and mindful awareness.

Breathing for Health

Discover the power of your breath as a tool for deep release and renewal. In this workshop, Darina will teach you breathing techniques designed to create space within the body, free restrictions in the ribcage, and restore natural, expansive breathing patterns.
Through gentle, guided work, including with Yamuna balls, you’ll learn to open the front, back, and sides of the torso—awakening the diaphragm and lungs, improving posture, and allowing the breath to move with ease through the entire body. The experience is slow, mindful, and deeply calming, helping you reconnect to the rhythm of your own breath.
This practice supports relaxation, relieves tension in the upper body, and enhances circulation and energy flow. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more spacious—breathing fully and freely from the inside out.
